INVOICE
The order form filled out online by the Customer cannot be considered as an invoice. Regardless of the purchase or payment methods, the Customer receives an invoice inside his/her parcel when it is delivered. For claiming warranty, the customer must provide the original invoice.

PRICES

All fees and prices are in Qatari riyals.

Watiaa.com prices are subject to modification at any time. Prices may also vary due to a launching price, a promotional offer or sales. Prices of items that are not in stock or that are available for a pre-order are valid during its promotional period after the order was placed. Should the price of those items change with respect to the pre-order price, the Customer will be informed and will have the possibility to cancel the order. We reserve the right to update prices displayed on the website from time to time and once updated, they cannot be claimed against an order that has already been confirmed or delivered.

Warranty

Every product is subject to a unique warranty period and will be mentioned on the description. Warranty product will be null and void if: The product is damaged physically the product is repaired, maintained, modified, and disassembled. Warranty of product is limited to a manufacturing defect, Warranty doesn’t cover damages caused due force majeure acts

Cancellation Policy

Order can be canceled within 3 hours of placing by calling at +974 50425252. Orders canceled by customers are deleted after three days.

Return policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from www.watiaa.com, we are happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully reusable condition which will be certified by our team. Returns which are not due to damages will be charged for delivery based on location. Returns should be made within 7 days of purchase to our store in original packing. If any factory damages in the products and the product is inside the warranty period, you will be refunded and replaced the product. All final rights for approval of returns or refund are reserved by www.watiaa.com. Defective and damaged pieces will be replaced if notified within 24 hours. 

No refund for electronic products,

The warranty covers replacement and repairs for the stated time on the bill. Warranty does not cover physical damage. Any tampering done to the device will void the warranty.
